Refund policy

All items are handmade by me and may slightly vary from the photographs, which are for illustrative purposes. As willow is a natural material, the colour within the varieties naturally varies from year to year according to growing conditions. Colour variation is natural and should be embraced. My baskets are unique-no two baskets will look exactly the same. The dimensions and measurements indicated in the basket description may be slightly larger or smaller due to varying thicknesses of willow used.
The goods shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone call as soon as possible in the event that the basket you have ordered is not available. We will aim to give you an approximate delivery date as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of Orders and Return of Goods

You have the right to cancel or return goods within fourteen calendar days, commencing from the date of receipt of goods for items that are in stock.

If you are in possession of the goods, you must retain and take care of them. You must return goods at your own cost (unless the item was delivered to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

Courses

Payment in full must be received before your place is confirmed.

Cancellation of Course Booking

If you are unable to attend a course please let us know as soon as possible.

If a cancellation is made 28 days or more before the course start date then a full refund will be given.

If a cancellation is made between 28 days and 14 days before the course start date and we are able to allocate your place to another student, then a full refund will be given. In the event that we are unable to allocate your place to another student, no refund will be given.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the course start date then no refund will be given.
